Abu Ahmad ibn Adi al-Jurjani: Some of what he narrates on the authority of Sa'id ibn Abi 'Uruba is rejected
Abu Bakr al-Bayhaqi: He is not strong
Abu Hatim al-Razi: He is not strong
Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: He was among those who made mistakes, but his mistakes were not so many as to deserve being abandoned. He did not confine himself to what people could not avoid, so that he would not be considered unjust. So, in my opinion, he is weak in what he narrated alone
Abu Dawud al-Sijistani: He narrated strange things on the authority of Sa'id ibn Abi 'Uruba
Ahmad ibn Hanbal: Munkar (rejected) Hadiths are narrated from him
Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Bukhari: He is a Munkar (rejected) in Hadith
