Abu Ahmad ibn 'Adi al-Jurjani: Famous among the Basrans and does not share anything unique with Abu 'Awanah. I did not find anything objectionable in his hadith that does not resemble the hadith of the truthful.
Abu Hatim al-Razi: Known and rejected
Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: He authenticated him, and once said: He mentioned him among the wounded (in hadith), and said: Among those who mixed up (their hadith) at the end. His hadith before the mixing is acceptable, and what he narrated after the mixing contains flaws. One must avoid what he narrated uniquely.
Abu Zur'ah al-Razi: He was accused of stealing two hadiths.
Ahmad ibn Salih al-Jili: He was among the most knowledgeable of people about Fudayl and there is nothing wrong with him.
Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani: He quoted al-Fallas as saying: His hadith is abandoned.
Al-Dhahabi: They abandoned him.
Ali ibn al-Madini: He criticized him, and once said: The two Fahds, Fahd ibn 'Awf and Fahd ibn Hayyan, considered him a liar.
Amr ibn 'Ali al-Fallas: His hadith is abandoned.
Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj al-Naysaburi: He abandoned him
Nur al-Din al-Haythami: Liar
Yahya ibn Ma'in: From the route of 'Uthman ibn Sa'id: I have no knowledge of him, I do not know him, and I did not write about him, and once: He had a bad opinion of him and said: Beware of the two Fahds: Fahd ibn 'Awf and Fahd ibn Hayyan.
