Ahmad ibn Shu'ayb an-Nasa'i: There is nothing wrong with him (as a narrator).
Ahmad ibn Salih al-Jili: Thiqah (reliable)
Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani: Maqbul (acceptable)
al-Darqutni: He is considered, but not relied upon. I know of only one hadith from him, the hadith of the cross.
al-Dhahabi: Salih (good)
Authors of Tahrir Taqrib al-Tahdhib: Saduq (truthful), Hasan al-Hadith (good in Hadith), five people narrated from him, and only al-Darqutni criticized him.
Yahya ibn Ma'in: Salih (good), and once he said: Thiqah (reliable)
