Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: He narrates from Abu 'Amr ibn al-'Ala' things that are not followed upon him, it is not permissible to use him as evidence if he narrates alone, he narrates what does not agree with the Hadith of the trustworthy, rather it contradicts the Hadith of the reliable narrators
