Authors of Tahrir Taqrib al-Tahdhib: Saduq (truthful) Hasan al-Hadith, and he is closer to being Thiqah (reliable). Ibn al-Qattan's statement is due to his excessive strictness in judging narrators
Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qattan: He narrated something Munkar (rejected), and I would not be pleased with him
