Abu Ja'far al-'Uqayli: He is not followed in his hadith, and he is not known except by it
Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: He narrates unique reports that are not supported by others. Due to the scarcity of his narrations, I do not see it permissible to rely on what he narrates except in cases where it aligns with the reliable narrators. As for what he narrates uniquely and is not supported by reliable sources, even if it is not problematic, it is better to avoid it and to be cautious of its implications.
Ahmad ibn Hanbal: He is not anything (i.e., not reliable)
Ahmad ibn Shu'ayb al-Nasa'i: He is alright, and once: He is not strong
Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani: Truthful, but makes mistakes
Authors of Tahrir Taqrib al-Tahdhib: Weak
Yahya ibn Ma'in: Trustworthy, and once: He is not anything (i.e., not reliable)
