Abu Ahmad ibn Adi al-Jarjani: His hadith is considered acceptable and should be written down
Abu al-Fath al-Azdi: Not considered strong by them
Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: He makes mistakes and errs a lot, despite being truthful with some leniency. Ahmad and Yahya said: Salih (good). What I tend to believe about him is that we should leave out what contradicts the trustworthy narrators from the reports and rely on what agrees with the trustworthy narrators from the narrations.
Abu Zur'a al-Razi: Thiqah (trustworthy)
Ahmad ibn Hanbal: Salih (good)
Ahmad ibn Shu'ayb al-Nasai: Thiqah (trustworthy), and once: There is nothing wrong with him, and once: Not strong
Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani: Saduq (truthful) fihi lin (with some leniency), and once: The majority considered him acceptable except for al-Nasa'i
al-Daraqutni: Thiqah (trustworthy)
al-Dhahabi: Saduq (truthful)
Yahya ibn Ma'in: Thiqah (trustworthy), there is nothing wrong with him, and once: Suwaylih (weak)
