Al-Khatib al-Baghdadi: Thiqah (Trustworthy), as for the one whom the people of Kufa narrated from him, he is Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid ibn Tamim, and they used to make a mistake and say Ibn Jabir said, so the burden in those hadiths is on the people of Kufa who made a mistake in the name of his grandfather
