Abu Ahmad al-Hakim: Weak, not strong
Abu Ahmad ibn Adi al-Jurjani: Truthful, there is nothing wrong with his narrations, and I narrated from those whom I saw Ibn Wahb, Wakee' and others from the trustworthy Muslims
Abu Bakr al-Bayhaqi: He is not to be used as an argument
Abu Ja'far al-'Uqayli: Yahya would not narrate from him, but Abd al-Rahman would narrate from him, and he would add to the chains of narration and contradict, and he was a righteous man
Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: Among those who were overcome by righteousness and worship, so much so that he neglected to verify the narrations and the quality of memorization of the narrations, so he raised the levels of weakness in his narration, and when his mistakes became excessive, he deserved to be abandoned
Abu Sa'id ibn Yunus al-Masri: Trustworthy
Abu Abd Allah al-Hakim al-Naysaburi: He was not mentioned except for poor memorization
Abu Ya'la al-Khalili: Trustworthy, but the Hadith scholars were not satisfied with his memorization
Ahmad ibn Hanbal: Righteous, there is nothing wrong with him, and once: He would add to the chains of narration and contradict, and he was a righteous man
Ahmad ibn Shu'ayb al-Nasa'i: Weak in Hadith, and once: Not strong
Ahmad ibn Salih al-Jili: There is nothing wrong with him
Ahmad ibn Salih al-Masri: He used to praise him well
Ahmad ibn Yunus al-Dubi: If you saw his appearance, you would know that he was trustworthy

Muhammad ibn Sa'd Katb al-Waqidi: Many narrations, he is considered weak
Muhammad ibn Umar al-Mawsili: A righteous man mentioned with knowledge and righteousness, and in his Hadith there is some weakness and confusion, and he adds to the chains of narration a lot, and he once said, "No one abandoned him except Yahya," meaning al-Qattan
Authors of Tahrir Taqrib al-Tahdhib: Weak, he is considered in corroborations and supporting narrations
Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qattan: He considered him weak and would not narrate from him
Yahya ibn Ma'in: Confused, and once: He said, "There is nothing wrong with him, his Hadith is written down," and once: "Weak, Uthman ibn Sa'id said to Yahya ibn Ma'in, 'What is the condition of Abdullah al-'Umari in Nafi'?' He said, 'Righteous, trustworthy.' And Abu Hafs ibn Shahin said: "And this statement from Yahya is suspended."
