Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani: Truthful, most of his narrations are from weak and unknown narrators, so he was weakened because of that, until Ibn Numayr attributed lying to him

Muhammad ibn Ismail al-Bukhari: He narrates from weak people
Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Numayr: Attributed lying to him
Authors of Tahrir Taqrib al-Tahdhib: Weak, considered in corroborations and supporting evidences, and the reason for his weakening is his narration from weak and unknown narrators, and this has nothing to do with him, because weakness and disapproval are from the weak narrator, and if it is proven that he used to fabricate narrations with the fabrication of reconciliation, then this is an addition to his justice
Yahya ibn Ma'in: Trustworthy
