Abu Hatim Al-Razi: There is nothing wrong with his Hadith, but it is not used as evidence
Abu Hatim bin Hibban Al-Busti: He was one of those who made many mistakes, despite his few narrations, and he narrated alone from the trustworthy ones what does not resemble the Hadith of the trustworthy. I do not like to use him as evidence if he narrates alone.
