Abu Ahmad ibn Adi al-Jurjani: He is a good narrator of hadith. I only mentioned him because he narrates things that others do not, and some people narrate unique hadiths from him. He is among those whose hadiths are written down.
Abu Hatim al-Razi: There is nothing wrong with him.
Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: In the narration of Yahya ibn Sulaym from him are some munkar (rejected) hadiths, and likewise in the narration of Suwayd ibn Abd al-Aziz from him. He mentioned him in al-Majruhin and said: 'The narration of the people of his town from him is sound, resembling the hadith of the trustworthy narrators. As for what was narrated from him by close associates such as Suwayd ibn Abd al-Aziz and Yahya ibn Sulaym and their likes, there are many munkar (rejected) hadiths in it. So I do not know if he used to introduce...'

Ahmad ibn Hanbal: Trustworthy
Ahmad ibn Shu'ayb al-Nasa'i: There is nothing wrong with him.
Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani: Truthful, he may have erred. And once: He was accused of believing in Qadar (pre-destination).
Al-Daraqutni: He said in al-'Ilal in the biography of Abdullah ibn Dinar: 'He is Imran ibn Muslim al-Qasir, without a doubt.'
Al-Dhahabi: Trustworthy
Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi: His hadith is sound.
Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Bukhari: He is a munkar (rejected) narrator of hadith.
Authors of Tahrir Taqrib al-Tahdhib: Trustworthy
Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qattan: His hadith is sound. And once: 'There was nothing wrong with him, and he was not one of the people of hadith. I wrote down some things from him, then I discarded them.'
Yahya ibn Ma'in: Trustworthy. And once: 'He is not anything.'
Yaqub ibn Sufyan al-Faswi: Trustworthy
