Abu Abd Allah al-Hakim al-Nishapuri: Trustworthy, his hadiths are used as proof in the Sahih al-Jami except that when he narrates from unknown narrators, there are many mistakes in his hadith. He said in the questions of Mas'ud ibn Ali al-Sijzi: Trustworthy, his words are accepted, except that he narrates from more than a hundred unknown shaykhs who are not known, and he was not criticized except for his frequent narration from liars
