Abu Hatim al-Razi: He is rejected in Hadith, his Hadith is written but not used as evidence, and once he said: He is not strong.
Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: He narrates from his father what is not from his Hadith, as if he were another Thabit. It is not permissible to use him as evidence or narrate from him, despite his scarcity.
