Sulayman ibn Shu'ba al-Yamami: Ayyub ibn Utba came to Basra without his books, so he narrated from his memory, and he did not have a good memory. As for the hadith of al-Yamamah, what he narrated there is correct, and once: I narrated to the people from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, and he was the most accurate in his book
