Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: Among those who err, his error did not reach the extent of injustice or fabrication. He did not limit himself to what humans could not avoid, making him someone whose narrations can be relied upon. In my opinion, relying on his unique narrations should be avoided, but if they align with trustworthy narrators, I see no problem in considering them.
