Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: He mentioned him among the trustworthy and repeated him among the weak, saying: 'A denier of hadith, narrating from his father and from the trustworthy what does not resemble the hadith of the trustworthy. It is not permissible to rely on him, in my opinion, regarding what he narrated uniquely.'
