It was narrated from Al-Miqdam bin Shuraih that his father said : "I heard Ummul Momineen Aishah (رضي الله تعالی عنہا) say: 'The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) would hand me the vessel and I would drink from it, while I was menstruating, then I would give it to him and he would look for the place where I had put my mouth and put that to his mouth.'"

شریح کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کو کہتے سنا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ مجھے پانی کا برتن دیتے، میں اس میں سے پیتی، اور میں حائضہ ہوتی تھی، پھر میں آپ کو دیتی، آپ میرے منہ رکھنے کی جگہ تلاش کرتے، اور اپنا منہ اسی جگہ رکھتے۔
Shuree'h kehte hain ke main ne ummul momineen Ayesha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) ko kehte suna ke Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) mujhe pani ka bartan dete, main us mein se peeti, aur main haizah hoti thi, phir main aap ko deti, aap mere munh rakhne ki jagah talash karte, aur apna munh usi jagah rakhte.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - تَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُنَاوِلُنِي الإِنَاءَ فَأَشْرَبُ مِنْهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ ثُمَّ أُعْطِيهِ فَيَتَحَرَّى مَوْضِعَ فَمِي فَيَضَعُهُ عَلَى فِيهِ .
