Chapter: Leaving Any Restriction On The Amount Of Water

باب تَرْكِ التَّوْقِيتِ فِي الْمَاءِ ‏‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i 53

It was narrated from Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that a Bedouin urinated in the Masjid, and some of the people went after him, but the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said : "Leave him and do not restrain him." When he had finished, he called for a bucket (of water) and poured over it (over the place where he had urinated). Imam an-Nasa'i said, it means, 'do not interrupt him .'

انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک اعرابی  ( دیہاتی )  مسجد میں پیشاب کرنے لگا، تو کچھ لوگ اس پر جھپٹے، تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:  اسے چھوڑ دو، کرنے دو روکو نہیں  ۱؎، جب وہ فارغ ہو گیا تو آپ نے پانی منگوایا، اور اس پر انڈیل دیا۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن  ( امام نسائی رحمہ اللہ )  کہتے ہیں: یعنی بیچ میں نہ روکو پیشاب کر لینے دو۔

Ins razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ke ek a'rabi (dehati) masjid mein peshab karne laga, to kuchh log is par jhaphate, to Rasool Allah SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya: Isay chhoor do, karne do roko nahin 1, jab woh farigh ho gaya to aap ne pani mangwaya, aur is par andil diya. Abu Abdurrahman (Imam Nasai rahmullah) kehte hain: yani beech mein nah roko peshab kar lene do.

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا، بَالَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَامَ إِلَيْهِ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ دَعُوهُ لاَ تُزْرِمُوهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ دَعَا بِدَلْوٍ فَصَبَّهُ عَلَيْهِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي لاَ تَقْطَعُوا عَلَيْهِ ‏.‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i 54

It was narrated that Anas bin Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said : "A Bedouin urinated in the Masjid, and the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ordered that a bucket (of water be brought) and poured over it."

انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک اعرابی  ( دیہاتی )  نے مسجد میں پیشاب کر دیا تو نبی اکرم ﷺ نے ایک ڈول پانی لانے کا حکم دیا جو اس پر ڈال دیا گیا۔

Anas bin Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke aik 'Arabi ( dehati ) ne masjid mein peshab kar dia to Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne aik dol pani lane ka hukm dia jo is per dal dia gaya.

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ بَالَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِدَلْوٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَصُبَّ عَلَيْهِ ‏.‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i 55

Anas (رضي الله تعالی عنہ) said : "A Bedouin came to the Masjid and urinated, and the people yelled at him, but the Apostle of Allah (صلى ہللا عليه و آله وسلم) said: 'Leave him alone.' So they left him alone. When he had finished urinating, he ordered that a bucket (of water be brought) and poured over it."

انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک دیہاتی مسجد میں آیا اور پیشاب کرنے لگا، تو لوگ اس پر چیخے تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:  اسے چھوڑ دو   ( کرنے دو )  تو لوگوں نے اسے چھوڑ دیا یہاں تک کہ اس نے پیشاب کر لیا، پھر آپ ﷺ نے ایک ڈول پانی لانے کا حکم دیا جو اس پر بہا دیا گیا۔

Ins (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke aik dehati masjid mein aaya aur peshab karne laga, to log is par cheekhe to Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: isay chhoor do (karne do) to logon ne isay chhoor dia yahaan tak ke is ne peshab kar lia, phir aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek dhol pani lane ka hukm dia jo is par baha dia gaya.

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا، يَقُولُ جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَبَالَ فَصَاحَ بِهِ النَّاسُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ اتْرُكُوهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَتَرَكُوهُ حَتَّى بَالَ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِدَلْوٍ فَصُبَّ عَلَيْهِ ‏.‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i 56

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالی عنہ) said : "A Bedouin stood up and urinated in the Masjid, and the people started shouting. The Apostle of Allah ( صلى ہللا عليهو آله وسلم) said to them: 'Leave him alone, and spill a bucket of water over his urine. For you have been sent to make things easy for people, you have not been sent to make things difficult.'"

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک دیہاتی اٹھا، اور مسجد میں پیشاب کرنے لگا، تو لوگ اسے پکڑنے کے لیے بڑھے، تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان سے فرمایا:  اسے چھوڑ دو  ( پیشاب کر لینے دو )  اور اس کے پیشاب پر ایک ڈول پانی بہا دو، کیونکہ تم آسانی کرنے والے بنا کر بھیجے گئے ہو، سختی کرنے والے بنا کر نہیں ۔

Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke ek dehati utha aur masjid mein peshab karne laga, to log use pakadne ke liye badhe, to Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne un se farmaya: Isse chhod do (peshab kar lene do) aur uske peshab par ek dol pani baha do, kyunki tum aasani karne wale bana kar bheje gaye ho, sakhti karne wale bana kar nahin.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَامَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ فَبَالَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَتَنَاوَلَهُ النَّاسُ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ دَعُوهُ وَأَهْرِيقُوا عَلَى بَوْلِهِ دَلْوًا مِنْ مَاءٍ فَإِنَّمَا بُعِثْتُمْ مُيَسِّرِينَ وَلَمْ تُبْعَثُوا مُعَسِّرِينَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
