Chapter: Where an Imam should stand when there is a boy and a woman with him

باب مَوْقِفِ الإِمَامِ إِذَا كَانَ مَعَهُ صَبِيٌّ وَامْرَأَةٌ

Sunan an-Nasa'i 804

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said : "I prayed beside the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and Ummul Momineen Aisha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) was behind us praying with us, and I was beside the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) praying with him."

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہم کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی اکرم ﷺ کے بغل میں نماز پڑھی، ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا ہمارے ساتھ ہمارے پیچھے نماز پڑھ رہی تھیں، اور میں نبی اکرم ﷺ کے بغل میں آپ کے ساتھ نماز پڑھ رہا تھا۔

Abdul-Allah ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ah kehte hain ke main ne Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke baghl mein namaz padhi, Ummul Momineen A'isha radi Allahu 'anha hamare sath hamare pichhe namaz padh rahi thi, aur main Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke baghl mein aap ke sath namaz padh raha tha.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادٌ، أَنَّ قَزَعَةَ، مَوْلًى لِعَبْدِ قَيْسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ عِكْرِمَةَ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ صَلَّيْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَعَائِشَةُ خَلْفَنَا تُصَلِّي مَعَنَا وَأَنَا إِلَى جَنْبِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أُصَلِّي مَعَهُ ‏.‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i 805

It was narrated that Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said : "The Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) led me and a woman from my family in prayer. He made me to stand on his right and the woman to stand behind us."

انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے مجھے اور میرے گھر کی ایک عورت کو نماز پڑھائی، تو آپ نے مجھے اپنی داہنی جانب کھڑا کیا، اور عورت ہمارے پیچھے تھی۔

Anas raza Allaho anho kehte hain ke Rasool Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne mujhe aur mere ghar ki ek aurat ko namaz parhayi to aap ne mujhe apni dahini janib khara kiya aur aurat humare peeche thi

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُخْتَارِ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ صَلَّى بِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَبِامْرَأَةٍ مِنْ أَهْلِي فَأَقَامَنِي عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَالْمَرْأَةُ خَلْفَنَا ‏.‏
