Chapter: The Virtue Of The One Who Strives In The Cause Of Allah On His Feet

باب فَضْلِ مَنْ عَمِلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَلَى قَدَمِهِ .
Sunan an-Nasa'i 3106
Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that in the year of Tabuk, the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) addressed the people, while leaning against his mount. He said, 11 ‘shall I not tell you of the best of the people and the worst of the people? Among the best of the people is a man who strives in the cause of Allah on the back of his horse, or on the back of his camel, or on his own two feet, until death comes to him. And among the worst of the people, is an immoral man (Fajir) who reads the Book of Allah but he does not refrain from doing anything bad because of it.’

ابو سعید خدری رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ غزوہ تبوک کے سال رسول اللہ ﷺ اپنی سواری سے پیٹھ لگائے خطبہ دے رہے تھے، آپ نے کہا: ”کیا میں تمہیں اچھے آدمی اور برے آدمی کی پہچان نہ بتاؤں؟ بہترین آدمی وہ ہے جو پوری زندگی اللہ کے راستے میں گھوڑے یا اونٹ کی پیٹھ پر سوار ہو کر یا اپنے قدموں سے چل کر کام کرے۔ اور لوگوں میں برا وہ فاجر شخص ہے جو کتاب اللہ ( قرآن ) تو پڑھتا ہے لیکن کتاب اللہ ( قرآن ) کی کسی چیز کا خیال نہیں کرتا“ ۔
Abu Saeed Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke ghazwa-e-Tabuk ke saal rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apni sawari se peeth lagaay khatba de rahe the, aap ne kaha: "Kya main tumhen ache aadmi aur bure aadmi ki pehchan na bataon? Behtarin aadmi woh hai jo poori zindagi Allah ke raste mein ghode ya unt ki peeth par sawar ho kar ya apne kadmon se chal kar kaam kare. Aur logoon mein bura woh fajir shakhs hai jo kitabullah (Quran) to padhta hai lekin kitabullah (Quran) ki kisi cheez ka khyal nahin karta" 1؎.
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘no man who weeps for fear of Allah will be touched by the Fire until the milk goes back into the udders. And the dust (of Jihad) in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell, will never be combined in the nostrils of a Muslim.’

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے خوف سے رونے والے کو جہنم کی آگ اس وقت تک لقمہ نہیں بنا سکتی جب تک کہ ( تھن سے نکلا ہوا ) دودھ تھن میں واپس نہ پہنچا دیا جائے ۱؎، اور کسی مسلمان کے نتھنے میں جہاد کے راستے کا غبار اور جہنم کا دھواں کبھی اکٹھا نہیں ہو سکتے ۲؎۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Allah ke khouf se roney walay ko Jahannam ki aag is waqt tak luqma nahin bana sakti jab tak ke (than se nikla hua) doodh than mein wapas nah pahuncha diya jaye 1?, aur kisi Musalman ke nathne mein jihad ke raste ka ghubar aur Jahannam ka dhuwan kabhi ikatha nahin ho sakte 2?
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘no man will enter the Fire who weeps for fear of Allah, Most High, until the milk goes back into the udders. And the dust (of Jihad) in the cause of Allah, and the smoke of Hell will never be combined.’

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اللہ کے خوف سے رونے والا شخص جہنم میں نہیں جا سکتا جب تک کہ دودھ تھن میں واپس نہ پہنچ جائے ۱؎، اور اللہ کے راستے کا گرد و غبار اور جہنم کی آگ کا دھواں اکٹھا نہیں ہو سکتے ۲؎۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Allah ke khauf se roney wala shakhs Jahannam mein nahi ja sakta jab tak ke doodh than mein wapis na pahunch jaye 1, aur Allah ke raste ka gard o gubar aur Jahannam ki aag ka dhuan akatha nahi ho sakta 2."
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘two will never be gathered together in the Fire, a Muslim who killed a disbeliever then tried his best and did not deviate. And two will never be gathered together in the lungs of a believer, dust in the cause of Allah, and the odor of Hell. And two will never be gathered in the heart of a salve, faith and envy.’ 12

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”مسلمان جس نے کسی کافر کو قتل کر دیا، اور آخر تک ایمان و عقیدہ اور عمل کی درستگی پر قائم رہا تو وہ دونوں ( یعنی مومن قاتل اور کافر مقتول ) جہنم میں اکٹھا نہیں ہو سکتے۔ اور نہ ہی کسی مومن کے سینے میں اللہ کے راستے کا گردوغبار اور جہنم کی آگ کی لپٹ و حرارت اکٹھا ہوں گے ۱؎، اور کسی بندے کے دل میں ایمان اور حسد جمع نہیں ہو سکتے“ ۲؎۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Musalman jis ne kisi kafir ko qatl kar diya, aur akhir tak iman o aqeedah aur amal ki durusti per qaim raha to woh dono ( yani momin qatil aur kafir maqtool ) Jahannam mein ikkatha nahin ho sakte. Aur nahin hi kisi momin ke sine mein Allah ke raste ka gardo ghubar aur Jahannam ki aag ki lapt o hararat ikkatha honge 1؎, aur kisi bande ke dil mein iman aur hasad jam nahin ho sakte" 2؎.
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘the dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the lungs of a slave, and the stinginess and faith can never be combined in a slave's heart.’

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جہاد کا غبار اور جہنم کا دھواں دونوں کسی بندے کے سینے میں کبھی جمع نہیں ہو سکتے اور بخل اور ایمان یہ دونوں بھی کسی بندے کے دل میں کبھی جمع نہیں ہو سکتے“۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Jihad ka ghubar aur Jahannam ka dhuwan dono kisi bande ke sine mein kabhi jam nahin ho sakte aur bukhul aur iman yeh dono bhi kisi bande ke dil mein kabhi jam nahin ho sakte".
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘the dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in a man's face, and stinginess and faith can never be combined in a slave's heart.’

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کسی آدمی کے چہرے پر اللہ کے راستے ( یعنی جہاد ) میں نکلنے کی گرد اور جہنم کی آگ دونوں اکٹھا نہیں ہو سکتے، اور بخل اور ایمان کبھی کسی بندے کے دل میں جمع نہیں ہو سکتے“۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kahte hain ke Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Kisi aadmi ke chehre per Allah ke raste ( yani jihad ) mein nikalne ki gard aur Jahannam ki aag dono ikkatha nahin ho sakte, aur bukhul aur iman kabhi kisi bande ke dil mein jama nahin ho sakte".
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘the dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in a slave's lungs, and stinginess and faith can never be combined in a slave's heart.’

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جہاد کی گرد اور جہنم کا دھواں دونوں کسی بندے کے سینے میں جمع نہیں ہو سکتے، اور نہ ہی کسی بندے کے سینے میں بخل اور ایمان اکٹھا ہو سکتے ہیں“۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Jehad ki gard aur Jahannam ka dhuwan dono kisi bande ke sine mein jama nahin ho sakte, aur nahin hi kisi bande ke sine mein bukhul aur iman ikkatha ho sakte hain".
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘the dust in the cause of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the nostrils of a Muslim.’ 13

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”مومن کے نتھنے میں اللہ کے راستے کا غبار، اور جہنم کا دھواں کبھی بھی جمع نہیں ہو سکتے“۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se Riwayat hai ke Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Farmaya: "Momin ke Nathne mein Allah ke Raste ka Ghubar, aur Jahannum ka Dhuwan kabhi bhi Jam nahin ho sakte".
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘the dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the nostrils of a Muslim, and stinginess and faith will never be combined in a Muslim man's heart.’

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اللہ کے راستے کا غبار اور جہنم کا دھواں دونوں مومن کے نتھنے میں جمع نہیں ہو سکتے، اور نہ ہی کسی مسلمان کے نتھنے میں بخل اور ایمان اکٹھا ہو سکتے ہیں“ ۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “Allah ke raste ka ghubar aur Jahannum ka dhuwan dono Momin ke nathne mein jama nahin ho sakte, aur nahin hi kisi Musalman ke nathne mein bukhul aur iman akatha ho sakte hain” 1؎.
Abu Al-Ala bin Al-Lajlaj narrated that he heard Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) say, ‘Allah (جَلَّ ذُو) will never combine the dust in the cause of Allah (جَلَّ ذُو), and the smoke of Hell, in the lungs of a Muslim man, and Allah (جَلَّ ذُو) will never combine faith in Allah, and stinginess in the heart of a Muslim man.’

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے راستے کا غبار اور جہنم کا دھواں کسی مسلمان شخص کے پیٹ میں اللہ عزوجل اکٹھا نہ کرے گا، اور نہ ہی کسی مسلمان کے دل میں اللہ پر ایمان اور بخالت ( کنجوسی ) کو اللہ تعالیٰ ایک ساتھ جمع کرے گا۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Allah ke raste ka ghubar aur Jahannam ka dhuwan kisi musalman shakhs ke pet mein Allah azzawajal akatha na karega, aur na hi kisi musalman ke dil mein Allah par iman aur bukhalaat ( kanjosi ) ko Allah ta'ala ek sath jama karega.
