Sunan an-Nasa'i 3334

Yazid bin Al-Bara' narrated that his father said, he met his maternal uncle who was carrying a flag (for an expedition) and he said, 'where are you going?' He said, 'the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is sending me to a man who has married his father's wife, and he has commanded me to strike his neck (kill him) and seize his wealth.'


Grade: Sahih

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے نکاح شغار سے منع فرمایا ہے۔

Abdul-Allah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se riwayat hai ke Rasool-Allah sall-Allahu alaihi wa sallam ne nikah shagar se mana farmaya hai.

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الشِّغَارِ ‏.‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3335

It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri that the Prophet of Allah sent an army to Awtas. They met the enemy, fought them, and prevailed over them. They acquired female prisoners who had husbands among the idolaters. The Muslims felt reluctant to be intimate with them. Then Allah, the Mighty and Sublime revealed: Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those (slaves) whom your right hands possess, meaning, this is permissible for you once they have completed their 'Iddah.


Grade: Sahih

عمران بن حصین رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا ہے: ”اسلام میں نہ «جلب» ہے نہ «جنب» ہے اور نہ ہی «شغار» ہے، اور جس کسی نے کسی طرح کا لوٹ کھسوٹ کیا وہ ہم میں سے نہیں ہے ۱؎“۔

Imran bin Husain (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya hai: "Islam mein na "jalb" hai na "janab" hai aur na hi "shagar" hai, aur jis kisi ne kisi tarah ka loot khasoot kiya woh hum mein se nahin hai 1؎".

أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏ لاَ جَلَبَ وَلاَ جَنَبَ وَلاَ شِغَارَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3336

Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) forbade Ash-Shighar ( ِالش ِغَار).


Grade: Sahih

انس رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اسلام میں نہ «جلب» ہے، نہ «جنب» ہے، اور نہ «شغار» ہے“۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن نسائی فرماتے ہیں: اس روایت میں صریح غلطی موجود ہے اور بشر کی روایت صحیح ہے ۔

Ins razi Allah anhu kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Islam mein na "jalb" hai, na "janb" hai, aur na "shagar" hai"۔ Abu Abdurrahman Nasa'i farmate hain: Is riwayat mein sarih ghalti maujood hai aur Bashir ki riwayat sahih hai 1؎۔

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، عَنِ الْفَزَارِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ لاَ جَلَبَ وَلاَ جَنَبَ وَلاَ شِغَارَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا خَطَأٌ فَاحِشٌ وَالصَّوَابُ حَدِيثُ بِشْرٍ ‏.‏
