Anas bin Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘I have been commanded to fight the people (who attack us and are existential threat to Muslims) until they bear witness that there is there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is the Apostle of Allah. If they bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is the Apostle of Allah, they turn to face the same Qiblah as us, they eat our slaughtered animals, and they pray as we pray; then their blood and their wealth are forbidden to us, except for a right that is due, and they have the same rights and duties as the Muslims.’

انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں لوگوں سے جنگ کروں یہاں تک کہ وہ گواہی دیں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں اور یہ کہ محمد اللہ کے رسول ہیں، پھر جب وہ گواہی دیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں اور یہ کہ محمد اللہ کے رسول ہیں اور ہمارے قبلے کی طرف رخ کریں، ہمارا ذبیحہ کھائیں اور ہماری نماز پڑھیں تو ان کے خون اور ان کے مال ہم پر حرام ہو گئے مگر کسی حق کے بدلے، ان کے لیے وہ سب ہے جو مسلمانوں کے لیے ہے اور ان پر وہ سب ہے جو مسلمانوں پر ہے۔
Anas bin Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ke rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "mujhe hukm diya gaya hai ke main logo se jang karun yahin tak ke woh gawahi dein ke Allah ke siwa koi ma'bud barhaq nahi aur yeh ke Muhammad Allah ke rasool hain, phir jab woh gawahi dein ke Allah ta'ala ke siwa koi ma'bud barhaq nahi aur yeh ke Muhammad Allah ke rasool hain aur hamare qible ki taraf rukh karein, hamara zabih khanein aur hamari namaz padhein to un ke khun aur un ke mal ham per haram ho gaye magar kisi haq ke badle, un ke liye woh sab hai jo musalmanon ke liye hai aur un per woh sab hai jo musalmanon per hai."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمِ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا حِبَّانُ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فَإِذَا شَهِدُوا أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَاسْتَقْبَلُوا قِبْلَتَنَا وَأَكَلُوا ذَبِيحَتَنَا وَصَلَّوْا صَلاَتَنَا فَقَدْ حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْنَا دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَأَمْوَالُهُمْ إِلاَّ بِحَقِّهَا لَهُمْ مَا لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَعَلَيْهِمْ مَا عَلَيْهِمْ " .
