It was narrated that Anas (رضئ للا تعالی عنہ) said : "The Apostle of Allah ( صلى للا عليه و آلهوسلم) commanded Bilal (رضئ للا تعالی عنہ) to say the phrases of the Adhan twice and the phrases of the Iqamah once."

انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے بلال رضی اللہ عنہ کو اذان دہری اور اقامت اکہری کہنے کا حکم دیا۔
Ins r-z-e-ll-h 'an-h kehte hain ke Rasool-ull-h s-l-l-l-h 'al-y-h w-s-l-m ne Bilal r-z-e-ll-h 'an-h ko azan dehri aur iqamat akhri kehne ka hukm diya.
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَمَرَ بِلاَلاً أَنْ يَشْفَعَ الأَذَانَ وَأَنْ يُوتِرَ الإِقَامَةَ .
