Sunan an-Nasa'i 1423
Ad-Dahhak bin Qais asked An-Nu'man bin Bashir that what the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) used to recite on Friday after Surat Al-Jumma. He said, The Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) used to recite, “Has there come to you the narration of the overwhelming (the Day of Resurrection)”

عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ سے روایت ہے کہ ضحاک بن قیس نے نعمان بن بشیر رضی اللہ عنہم سے پوچھا: رسول اللہ ﷺ جمعہ کے دن سورۃ الجمعہ کے بعد کون سی سورۃ پڑھتے تھے؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: آپ «هل أتاك حديث الغاشية» پڑھتے تھے۔

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ الضَّحَّاكَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ، سَأَلَ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ مَاذَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْرَأُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ عَلَى إِثْرِ سُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ قَالَ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ { هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ } .
