Sunan an-Nasa'i 1557
Umair bin Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated from his paternal uncles, that some people saw the crescent moon and came to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), and he told them to break their fast after the sun has risen and to go out for Eid the (morning of the) following day.

ابو عمیر بن انس اپنے ایک چچا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ کچھ لوگوں نے عید کا چاند دیکھا تو وہ لوگ نبی اکرم ﷺ کے پاس آئے ( اور آپ سے اس کا ذکر کیا ) آپ نے انہیں دن چڑھ آنے کے بعد حکم دیا کہ وہ روزہ توڑ دیں، اور عید کی نماز کی لیے کل نکلیں۔
Abu Umayr bin انس apne aik chacha se riwayat karte hain ke kuchh logoon ne Eid ka chand dekha to woh log Nabi Akram صلى الله عليه وسلم ke pas aaye ( aur aap se is ka zikr kiya ) aap ne unhen din charh aane ke baad hukm diya ke woh roza tod den, aur Eid ki namaz ki liye kal niklen.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُمَيْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ عُمُومَةٍ، لَهُ أَنَّ قَوْمًا، رَأَوُا الْهِلاَلَ فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يُفْطِرُوا بَعْدَ مَا ارْتَفَعَ النَّهَارُ وَأَنْ يَخْرُجُوا إِلَى الْعِيدِ مِنَ الْغَدِ .
