Sunan an-Nasa'i 2843
Aban bin Uthman narrated from his father that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) forbade the Muhrim to get married, arrange a marriage for anyone else, or propose marriage.
Grade: Sahih
عثمان رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے منع فرمایا: ”محرم اپنا نکاح کرے یا کسی دوسرے کا نکاح کرائے، یا کسی کو شادی کا پیغام بھیجے“۔
Usman (رضي الله تعالى عنه) Kehte Hain Ke Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Ne Mana Farmaya: "Muharram Apna Nikah Kare Ya Kisi Dusre Ka Nikah Karae, Ya Kisi Ko Shaadi Ka Paigham Bheje".
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ نَهَى أَنْ يَنْكِحَ الْمُحْرِمُ أَوْ يُنْكِحَ أَوْ يَخْطُبَ .
