Sunan an-Nasa'i 3239
Amir bin Shurahbil Ash-Sha'bi narrated that he heard Fatimah bint Qais (رضي الله تعالى عنها) who was one of the first Muhajir women, say, Abdur Rahman bin Awf (رضي الله تعالى عنه) proposed marriage to me, along with others of the companions of Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). And the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) proposed that I marry his freed slave, Usamah bin Zaid (رضئ هللا تعالی عنہ). I was told that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) had said, 'whoever loves me, let him love Usamah (رضي الله تعالى عنه).' When the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) spoke to me I said, 'my affairs are in your hands; marry me to whomever you wish.' He said, 'go to Umm Sharik (رضي الله تعالى عنها).' Umm Sharik (رضي الله تعالى عنها)was a rich Ansari woman who used to spend a great deal in the cause of Allah, and she always had a lot of guests. I said, 'I will do that.' He sai,: 'do not do that, for Umm Sharik (رضي الله تعالى عنها) has a lot of guests, and I would not like your Khimar to fall off, or your shins to become uncovered, and the people to see something of you that you do not want them to see. Rather go to your cousin (son of your paternal uncle), Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Umm Maktum (رضي الله تعالى عنه), who is a man of Banu Fihr.' So I went to him.’

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ” ( دھوکہ دینے کیلئے ) چیزوں کی قیمت نہ بڑھاؤ ۱؎، کوئی شہری دیہاتی کا مال نہ بیچے ۲؎، اور کوئی اپنے بھائی کے بیع پر بیع نہ کرے، اور نہ کوئی اپنے بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر پیغام دے، کوئی عورت اپنی بہن ( سوکن ) کے طلاق کی طلب گار نہ بنے کہ اس کے برتن میں جو کچھ ہے پلٹ کر خود لے لے“ ۳؎۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: " ( Dhoke dene ke liye ) cheezon ki qeemat nah barhao 1, koi shahri dehati ka mal nah beche 2, aur koi apne bhai ke be'e par be'e nah kare, aur nah koi apne bhai ke paygam nikah par paygam de, koi aurat apni bahan ( sokan ) ke talaq ki talab gar nah bane ke us ke bartan mein jo kuchh hai palat kar khud le le" 3.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَنَاجَشُوا وَلاَ يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ وَلاَ يَبِعِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ يَخْطُبْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلاَقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا " .
