Sunan an-Nasa'i 3972
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, 'I have been commanded to fight the people until they say - ُ َّالَ إِلَهَ إِالَّ َّللا [there is no God but Allah]. Whoever says ُ َّالَ إِلَهَ إِالَّ َّللا, his wealth and his life are safe from me except for a right that is due, and his reckoning will be with Allah.’

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں لوگوں سے اس وقت تک جنگ کروں جب تک کہ وہ لا الٰہ الا اللہ نہ کہیں، چنانچہ جس نے لا الٰہ الا اللہ کہہ لیا اس نے مجھ سے اپنا مال اور اپنی جان محفوظ کر لیا مگر ( جان و مال کے ) حق کے بدلے، اور اس کا حساب اللہ پر ہے۔ شعیب بن ابی حمزہ نے اپنی روایت میں دونوں حدیثوں کو جمع کر دیا ہے ( یعنی: واقعہ ردت اور مرفوع حدیث ) ۔
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam ne farmaya: Mujhe hukm diya gaya hai ke main logoon se is waqt tak jang karun jab tak ke woh la ilaha illallah nah kahen, chananche jisne la ilaha illallah kah liya usne mujh se apna maal aur apni jaan mahfooz kar liya magar ( jaan o maal ke ) haq ke badle, aur uska hisaab Allah par hai. Shuaib bin Abi Hamza ne apni riwayat mein dono hadithon ko jam kar diya hai ( yani: waqia raddat aur marfoo hadiths ) .
قَالَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ فَمَنْ قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ عَصَمَ مِنِّي مَالَهُ وَنَفْسَهُ إِلاَّ بِحَقِّهِ وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " . جَمَعَ شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ جَمِيعًا .
