Sunan an-Nasa'i 4088
Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Talhah narrated that he heard 'Abdullah bin 'Amr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reporting from the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) that ‘if a person's wealth is sought without right, and he fights (to protect it) and is killed, he is a martyr.’

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ناحق جس کا مال چھینا جائے اور وہ لڑے پھر مارا جائے وہ شہید ہے“۔ ( امام نسائی کہتے ہیں: ) یہ حدیث غلط ہے، صحیح سعیر بن خمس کی حدیث ہے ۔
Abdulalh bin Amr razi Allah unhuma kahte hain ke Nabi Akram SAW ne farmaya: "Nahaq jis ka maal chheena jaye aur wo lare phir mara jaye wo shaheed hai". (Imam Nasai kahte hain:) Yeh hadees ghalat hai, sahih Sueyr bin Khams ki hadees hai.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حَسَنٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ فَقَاتَلَ فَقُتِلَ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " . هَذَا خَطَأٌ وَالصَّوَابُ حَدِيثُ سُعَيْرِ بْنِ الْخِمْسِ .
