Sunan an-Nasa'i 4432
Abdur-Rahman bin Abis narrated that his father said, ‘I came to Ummul Momineen Aisha (رضئ للا تعالی عنہا) and asked, ‘did the Apostle of Allah (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) forbid (eating) the meat of sacrificial animals after three days?’ She said, ‘yes hardship had befallen the people, and the Apostle of Allah (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) wanted the rich to feed the poor.’ Then she said, ‘I remember the family of Muhammad (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) eating the trotters after fifteen days.’ I said, ‘why is that?’ She laughed and said, ‘the family of Muhammad (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) never ate their fill of bread and something to go with it, for three days in row, until he met Allah (جَلَّ ذُو).’

عابس کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے پاس جا کر عرض کیا: کیا رسول اللہ ﷺ تین دن بعد قربانی کا گوشت کھانے سے منع فرماتے تھے؟ بولیں: ہاں، لوگ سخت محتاج اور ضروت مند تھے، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے چاہا کہ مالدار لوگ غریبوں کو کھلائیں، پھر بولیں: میں نے آل محمد ( گھر والوں ) کو دیکھا کہ وہ لوگ پائے پندرہ دن بعد کھاتے تھے، میں نے کہا: یہ کس وجہ سے؟ وہ ہنسیں اور بولیں: محمد ﷺ کے گھر والوں نے کبھی بھی تین دن تک سالن روٹی پیٹ بھر کر نہیں کھائی یہاں تک کہ آپ ﷺ اللہ عزوجل کے پاس تشریف لے گئے۔
Abis kehte hain ke main ne Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ke pass ja kar arz kiya: Kya Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) teen din baad qurbani ka gosht khane se mana farmate the? Bolen: Haan, log sakht muhtaj aur zarurat mand the, Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne chaha ke maldar log garibon ko khalain, phir bolen: Main ne Al-e Muhammad (ghar walon) ko dekha ke woh log paay pandarah din baad khate the, main ne kaha: Yeh kis wajah se? Woh hansi aur bolen: Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke ghar walon ne kabhi bhi teen din tak salan roti pet bhar kar nahin khai yahin tak ke aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Allah azza wa jall ke pass tashreef le gaye.
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَابِسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَقُلْتُ أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَنْهَى عَنْ لُحُومِ الأَضَاحِي بَعْدَ ثَلاَثٍ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ أَصَابَ النَّاسَ شِدَّةٌ فَأَحَبَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُطْعِمَ الْغَنِيُّ الْفَقِيرَ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَأْكُلُونَ الْكُرَاعَ بَعْدَ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ قُلْتُ مِمَّ ذَاكَ فَضَحِكَتْ فَقَالَتْ مَا شَبِعَ آلُ مُحَمَّدٍ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ خُبْزٍ مَأْدُومٍ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ حَتَّى لَحِقَ بِاللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ .
