Sunan an-Nasa'i 4861

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘if a person were to look at you without permission and you were to throw a stone at him and put out his eye, there would be no blame on you.’

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اگر کوئی بلا اجازت تمہارے یہاں جھانکے پھر تم اسے پتھر پھینک کر مارو اور اس کی آنکھ پھوٹ جائے تو تم پر کوئی حرج نہیں ہو گا“۔ اور ایک بار آپ نے فرمایا: ”کوئی گناہ نہیں ہو گا“۔

Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) Riwayat Karte Hain Ke Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Ne Farmaya: "Agar Koi بلا Ajazat Tumhare Yahan Jhankay Phir Tum Isay Pathar Phenk Kar Maro Aur Us Ki Aankh Phut Jaye To Tum Par Koi Harj Nahin Ho Ga"۔ Aur Ek Bar Aap Ne Farmaya: "Koi Gunah Nahin Ho Ga"۔

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏ لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأً اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَخَذَفْتَهُ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ حَرَجٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى ‏"‏ جُنَاحٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
