Chapter: Stealing Something that Is Kept In A Protected Place

باب مَا يَكُونُ حِرْزًا وَمَا لاَ يَكُونُ ‏‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4893

Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated, ‘a woman used, to borrow jewelry from people then keep it. The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘let this woman repent to Allah and His Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and give back to people what she has taken.’ Then the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘get up, O Bilal (رضي الله تعالى عنه), take her hand and cut it off’.’


Grade: Sahih

اس سند سے بھی سعید بن مسیب سے اسی طرح سے مروی ہے۔

is sand se bhi saeed bin masib se isi tarah se marwi hai

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ، أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ، حَدَّثَهُ نَحْوَهُ، ‏.‏
