باب ذِكْرِ اخْتِلاَفِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4952

Ayman (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated, ‘the (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off for less than the price of a shield.’

Grade: Da'if

اس سند سے عطاء سے مرسلاً روایت ہے۔

Is sind se Ata se mursala riwayat hai.

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، مُرْسَلٌ ‏.‏
