Sunan an-Nasa'i 883
Sa'eed bin Sam'an narrated that Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) came to the Banu Zuraiq Mosque and said, ‘there are three things that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) used to do and the people have abandoned; he used to raise his hands extended when praying, and he would fall silent briefly, and say takbir when he prostrated and when he sat.’

سعید بن سمعان کہتے ہیں کہ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ قبیلہ زریق کی مسجد میں آئے، اور کہنے لگے: تین کام ایسے ہیں جنہیں رسول اللہ ﷺ کرتے تھے اور لوگوں نے انہیں چھوڑ دیا ہے ۱؎، آپ نماز میں اپنے دونوں ہاتھ بڑھا کر اٹھاتے تھے، اور تھوڑی دیر چپ رہتے تھے ۲؎ اور جب سجدہ کرتے اور سجدہ سے سر اٹھاتے تو اللہ اکبر کہتے تھے۔
Saeed bin Suma'an kehte hain ke Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) qabila Zariq ki masjid mein aaye, aur kehnay lage: Teen kaam aise hain jinhen Rasoolullah sallaAllahu alaihi wa sallam karte the aur logon ne inhen chhod diya hai 1؎, aap namaz mein apne dono hath badha kar uthate the, aur thodi der chup rahte the 2؎ aur jab sajda karte aur sajda se sar uthate to Allahu Akbar kehte the.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَمْعَانَ، قَالَ جَاءَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ إِلَى مَسْجِدِ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ فَقَالَ ثَلاَثٌ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَعْمَلُ بِهِنَّ تَرَكَهُنَّ النَّاسُ كَانَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فِي الصَّلاَةِ مَدًّا وَيَسْكُتُ هُنَيْهَةً وَيُكَبِّرُ إِذَا سَجَدَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ .
