Sayyiduna Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “The root of intelligence, after having faith in Allah Almighty, is to be beloved by people in their hearts.”

سیدنا علی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اللہ تعالیٰ پر ایمان لانے کے بعد عقل مندی کی جڑ لوگوں کی طرف ان کے دلوں میں محبوب ہونا ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kahte hain ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Allah Ta'ala par iman lane ke bad akalmandi ki jadh logon ki taraf un ke dilon mein mahboob hona hai.
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَوْجَزَ لِي جِبْرِيلُ الْخُطْبَةَ" وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ: وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:"رَأْسُ الْعَقْلِ بَعْدَ الإِيمَانِ بِاللَّهِ التَّحَبُّبُ إِلَى النَّاسِ"
