"Hazrat Abdullah (RA) said that if a man wants to divorce his wife through Sunnah method, he should give one divorce in each Tuhr (period of purity) and after the last divorce, the woman will observe her iddah from the next menstrual cycle."
حضرت عبداللہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر ایک آدمی اپنی بیوی کو طلاق سنت دینا چاہے تو اسے ہر طہر میں ایک طلاق دے اور آخری طلاق کے بعد والے حیض سے عدت شمار کرے۔
Hazrat Abdullah (RA) farmate hain ke agar aik aadmi apni biwi ko talaq sunnat dena chahe to usay har tahur mein aik talaq de aur aakhri talaq ke baad wale haiz se iddat shumaar kare.
Hazrat Ibrahim (may Allah be pleased with him) states that after the last divorce, the woman will have to observe one more menstrual cycle as a waiting period.
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ آخری طلاق کے بعد ایک اور حیض کی عدت عورت پر لازم ہوگی۔
Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) farmate hain keh aakhri talaq ke baad ek aur haiz ki iddat aurat par lazim hogi.
Hazrat Abu Qilaba (R.A) considered it disliked to divorce a woman before every menstrual period. According to him, this act increases the woman's waiting period ('iddah). In this case, her waiting period will be calculated from the first divorce if there has been no reconciliation in between.
حضرت ابو قلابہ (رض) ہر حیض سے پہلے عورت کو طلاق دینے کو مکروہ خیال فرماتے تھے، ان کے مطابق یہ عمل عورت کی عدت کو بڑھا دیتا ہے، اس صورت میں ان کے نزدیک عدت پہلی طلاق سے شمار کی جائے گی اگر درمیان میں رجوع نہ کیا ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Qalabah (RA) har haiz se pehle aurat ko talaq dene ko makruh khayaal farmate thay, un ke mutabiq yeh amal aurat ki iddat ko barha deta hai, is surat mein un ke nazdeek iddat pehli talaq se shumaar ki jaye gi agar darmiyan mein ruju na kiya ho.
Hazrat Hassan (R.A.) used to say that if a man divorces his wife, and then divorces her again after a month, then her waiting period will be from the first divorce as long as he has not taken her back.
حضرت حسن (رض) فرمایا کرتے تھے کہ اگر آدمی اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دے، ایک مہینے بعد پھر دوسری طلاق دے تو اس کی عدت پہلی طلاق سے ہوگی جب تک رجوع نہ کیا ہو۔
Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmaya karte thay keh agar aadmi apni biwi ko talaq de, aik mahine baad phir dusri talaq de to us ki iddat pehli talaq se hogi jab tak ruju na kia ho.
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a man divorces his wife once during each menstrual cycle, then the waiting period ('iddah) will be calculated from the first divorce, provided he has not taken her back.
حضرت سعید بن مسیب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر آدمی نے اپنی بیوی کو ہر حیض پر ایک طلاق دی تو عدت پہلی طلاق سے شمار کی جائے اگر رجوع نہ کیا ہو۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (RA) farmate hain keh agar aadmi ne apni biwi ko har haiz par ek talaq di to iddat pehli talaq se shumar ki jaye agar ruju na kia ho.
Hazrat Ibrahim (R.A) and Hazrat Khizma (R.A) stated that whenever a woman is menstruating and one divorce takes place, then after three (divorces), she will observe one Iddah (waiting period). Hazrat Waqi (R.A) stated that this is also the practice of the people.
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) اور حضرت خیثمہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ جب بھی حائضہ ہو اور ایک طلاق واقع ہو تو تین کے بعد ایک اور حیض عدت گزارے گی۔ حضرت وکیع (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ لوگوں کا عمل بھی یہی ہے۔
Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) aur Hazrat Khithama (RA) farmate hain ke jab bhi haiza ho aur ek talaq waqe ho to teen ke baad ek aur haiz iddat guzaregi. Hazrat Wakee (RA) farmate hain ke logon ka amal bhi yahi hai.
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (R.A) and Hazrat Khalas bin Amr (R.A) stated that the waiting period (Iddat) will commence after the last divorce (Talaq), while Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (R.A) said, "We do not prefer this opinion."
حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) اور حضرت خلاس بن عمرو (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ آخری طلاق کے بعد سے عدت شروع کرے گی۔ حضرت سعید بن مسیب (رض) فرماتے ہیں ہمیں یہ پسند نہیں۔
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (RA) aur Hazrat Khalas bin Amro (RA) farmate hain keh aakhri talaq ke baad se iddat shuru kare gi. Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (RA) farmate hain humain yeh pasand nahi.
