What is said about a woman who removes herself from her husband, then he marries her, then divorces her before consummating the marriage, what does she get from the dowry?
Hazrat Ibrahim (R.A) was asked that if a woman gets separated from her husband through Khula or Ila and then the same man marries her again but divorces her before consummation of marriage, what would be the ruling in this case? They replied that the woman will get full Mahr.
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) سے سوال کیا گیا کہ اگر ایک عورت اپنے خاوند سے خلع یا ایلاء کے ذریعے جدا ہوئی، پھر آدمی نے اسی عورت سے شادی کی اور دخول سے پہلے اسے طلاق دے دی تو کیا حکم ہے ؟ انھوں نے فرمایا کہ عورت کو پورا مہر ملے گا۔
Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) se sawal kiya gaya keh agar ek aurat apne khaawind se khula ya ilaa ke zariye juda hui, phir aadmi ne usi aurat se shaadi ki aur dakhoool se pehle use talaq de di to kya hukm hai? Unhon ne farmaya keh aurat ko poora mehr mile ga.
It was asked from Hazrat Shabi (may Allah be pleased with him) that if a man gives his wife an irrevocable divorce, then the man marries the same woman during her waiting period and divorces her before consummation, what is the ruling? He said that the woman will get full dowry and the full waiting period will be obligatory on the woman.
حضرت شعبی (رض) سے سوال کیا گیا کہ اگر ایک آدمی اپنی بیوی کو طلاق بائنہ دیتا ہے، پھر آدمی نے اسی عورت سے اس کی عدت میں شادی کی اور دخول سے پہلے اسے طلاق دے دی تو کیا حکم ہے ؟ انھوں نے فرمایا کہ عورت کو پورا مہر ملے گا اور عورت پر پوری عدت لازم ہوگی۔
