Hazrat Fatima bint Qais (R.A) states that her husband gave her three divorces, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not give her accommodation or maintenance.
حضرت فاطمہ بنت قیس (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ ان کے خاوند نے انھیں تین طلاقیں دیں تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے انھیں رہائش اور نفقہ نہیں دلوایا۔

Hazrat Fatima bint Qais (R.A) narrates that during the blessed era of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), my husband gave me three divorces, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that you will not get accommodation and sustenance.
حضرت فاطمہ بنت قیس (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے عہد مبارک میں میرے خاوند نے مجھے تین طلاقیں دیں تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا کہ تجھے رہائش اور نفقہ نہیں ملے گا۔

حضرت عکرمہ اور حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ تین طلاقیں دی گئی عورت اور وہ عورت جس کا خاوند فوت ہوگیا ہو انھیں رہائش اور نفقہ نہیں ملے گا۔
Hazrat Akarma aur Hazrat Hasan farmate hain ke teen talaqen di gai aurat aur wo aurat jiska khaawand foot hogaya ho unhen rahaish aur nafqa nahi mile ga.
Hazrat Hisham bin Urwah (RA) narrates that I asked my father if a man divorces his wife finally, will she be entitled to alimony? He replied that she would not be entitled to alimony.
حضرت ہشام بن عروہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے اپنے والد سے سوال کیا کہ اگر کوئی شخص اپنی بیوی کو حتمی طلاق دے دے تو کیا اسے نفقہ ملے گا ؟ انھوں نے فرمایا کہ اسے نفقہ نہیں ملے گا۔
Hazrat Hisham bin Urwah (RA) farmate hain keh maine apne walid se sawal kiya keh agar koi shakhs apni biwi ko hatmi talaq de de to kya use nafaqa milega? Unhon ne farmaya keh use nafaqa nahi milega.
