Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of al-Hasan, "The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered Barirah to observe the waiting period (`iddah) of a free woman."
حفص بن غياث نے ہشام سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے حسن بصری سے ، کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بی بی بريرة رضی اللہ عنہا کو حکم دیا کہ وہ آزاد عورتوں والی عدت گزاریں۔
Hafs bin Ghiyas ne Hisham se riwayat ki, unhon ne Hasan Basri se, keh Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne Bibi Barira radi Allahu anha ko hukm diya keh woh azad auraton wali iddat guzaren.
Abu Bakr narrated to us, Zuhri said: "Barirah was freed, so she observed the waiting period of a free woman."
حضرت ابو بکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے، زہری رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: بی بی بریرہ رضی اللہ عنہا کو آزادی مل گئی تو انہوں نے آزاد عورتوں والی عدت گزاری۔
Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq Radi Allahu Anhu se marvi hai, Zahri Rehmatullah Alayh ne kaha: Bibi Barirah Radi Allahu Anha ko azadi mil gayi to unhon ne azad auraton wali iddat guzari.
