Hazrat Hassan (R.A.) said that if a man is married to a woman who does not menstruate due to being underage or old age, then the man can divorce her whenever he wants.
حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر مرد کے نکاح میں ایسی عورت ہو جسے عدم بلوغت یا بڑھاپے کی وجہ سے حیض نہ آتا ہو تو آدمی اسے جب چاہے طلاق دے دے۔

Hazrat Abraham (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a man is married to a woman who does not menstruate due to not reaching puberty or due to old age, and if he wants to divorce her, he should divorce her on the first of the lunar month. Then, he should not divorce her again until the waiting period is over.
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر مرد کے نکاح میں ایسی عورت ہو جسے عدم بلوغت یا بڑھاپے کی وجہ سے حیض نہ آتا ہو تو آدمی اسے طلاق دینا چاہے تو چاند کی پہلی کو اسے طلاق دے دے پھر عدت پوری ہونے تک طلاق نہ دے۔
