Hazrat Kharija bin Zaid narrates from his paternal uncle Yazid bin Thabit that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered the funeral prayer of a woman after her burial and you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said four Takbeers over her.
حضرت خارجہ بن زید اپنے تایا یزید بن ثابت سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی پاک (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک عورت کی تدفین کے بعد اس کا جنازہ پڑھا اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس پر چار تکبیریں کہیں۔
Hazrat Kharja bin Zaid apne taya Yazid bin Sabit se riwayat karte hain ke Nabi Pak (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne ek aurat ki tadfeen ke bad uska janaza parha aur aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne us par chaar takbeerein kahin.
Imam Ibn Sahl narrated from his father that he said: You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to visit the poor of Medina and when they died, you would attend their funerals. The narrator said: A woman from the people of Awali passed away, the narrator said: You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to the grave of this woman and you said four Takbirs.
حضرت امامہ بن سہل اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے فرمایا : آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فقراء مدینہ کی عیادت کرتے تھے اور جب وہ مرتے تو ان کے جنازہ میں حاضر ہوتے تھے۔ راوی کہتے ہیں : اہل عوالی میں سے ایک عورت نے وفات پائی، راوی کہتے ہیں : آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اس عورت کی قبر کی طرف تشریف لے گئے اور آپ نے چار تکبیرات کہیں۔
Hazrat Imamah bin Sahl apne walid se riwayat karte hain ke unhon ne farmaya: Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) fuqra Madinah ki ayadat karte thay aur jab woh marte to un ke janaze mein hazir hote thay. Rawi kahte hain: Ahl e Awali mein se ek aurat ne wafaat pai, rawi kahte hain: Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) us aurat ki qabar ki taraf tashreef le gaye aur aap ne chaar takbeerat kahin.
Imran bin Husain narrated that you (may peace be upon him) said: "Your brother has died, so offer his funeral prayer, he means the Negus."
حضرت عمران بن حصین روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تمہارا ایک بھائی وفات پا گیا ہے پس تم اس کا جنازہ پڑھو، اس سے نجاشی مراد ہے۔
Hazrat Imran bin Hassin riwayat karte hain ke aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: Tumhara ek bhai wafaat pa gaya hai pas tum us ka janaza padho, us se Najashi muraad hai.
Hazrat Jabir narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered the funeral prayer of Ashama and said four Takbeers.
And it has been mentioned in the saying of (Imam) Abu Hanifa that the funeral prayer is not offered twice for one dead person.
حضرت جابر روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی پاک (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اصحمہ پر جنازہ پڑھایا اور چار تکبیریں کہیں۔
اور (امام) ابوحنیفہ کا قول یہ ذکر کیا گیا ہے کہ ایک میت پر دو مرتبہ جنازہ نہیں ہوتا۔
Hazrat Jaber riwayat karte hain keh Nabi Pak (SAW) ne Ashama par janaza parhaaya aur chaar takbirein kaheen.
Aur (Imam) Abu Hanifa ka qaul yeh zikar kiya gaya hai keh aik mayyat par do martaba janaza nahi hota.
