كِتَابُ الزَّكَاةِ What they said about the Zakat of horses
مَا قَالُوا فِي زَكَاةِ الْخَيْلِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 10148
Hazrat Mak'hul states that there is no Zakat on horses and slaves.
حضرت مکحول فرماتے ہیں کہ گھوڑوں اور غلاموں پر زکوۃ نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Makhool farmate hain ke ghoron aur ghulamon par zakat nahin hai.
حَدَّثَنَا الثَّقَفِيُّ ، عَنْ بُرْدٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ : « لَيْسَ فِي الْخَيْلِ ، وَلَا الرَّقِيقِ صَدَقَةٌ »
