كِتَابُ الزَّكَاةِ
What they said about charity for non-Muslims
مَا قَالُوا فِي الصَّدَقَةِ فِي غَيْرِ أَهْلِ الْإِسْلَامِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 10408
Hazrat Hassan says that the words of Allah, the Exalted, "And they give food, in spite of their love for it (or for the love of Him), to the Miskeen (poor), the orphan, and the captive," refer to polytheist prisoners of war.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ اللہ پاک کے قول، { وَیُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَی حُبِّہِ مِسْکِینًا وَیَتِیمًا وَأَسِیرًا } سے مراد مشرکین قیدی ہیں۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh Allah Pak ke qaul, {wa yut'imuna al ta'ama ala hubbihi miskinan wa yatiman wa asiran} se murad mushrikeen qaidee hain.
حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الْبَتِّيِّ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى : ﴿ وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا ﴾ [ الإنسان : ٨ ] قَالَ : « الْأُسَارَى مِنْ أَهْلِ الشِّرْكِ »
