كِتَابُ الزَّكَاةِ What they said about giving charity to the people of the covenant
مَا قَالُوا فِي الصَّدَقَةِ يُعْطَى مِنْهَا أَهْلُ الذِّمَّةِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 10414
Hazrat Hassan (may Allah be pleased with him) said that nothing from Zakat and کفارات (atonement) should be given to the polytheists.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ مشرکین کو زکوۃ اور کفارات میں سے کچھ نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh mushrikeen ko zakat aur kaffaraat mein se kuch nahin diya jaye ga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : « لَا يُعْطَى الْمُشْرِكُونَ مِنَ الزَّكَاةِ ، وَلَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ مِنَ الْكَفَّارَاتِ »
