What they said about the divorce of an idiot

‌مَا قَالُوا: فِي طَلَاقِ الْمَعْتُوهِ

Hazrat Zuhri (R.A) said that the divorce of a woman in her menses is not valid.

حضرت زہری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ معتوہ کی طلاق کوئی چیز نہیں ہے۔

Hazrat Zahri (RA) farmate hain ke mutwa ki talaq koi cheez nahi hai.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : « لَيْسَ لَهُ طَلَاقٌ »
