‌مَا قَالُوا: فِي طَلَاقِ الْمَعْتُوهِ

Hazrat Shabi (RA) says that there is no such thing as the divorce of a menstruating woman.

حضرت شعبی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ معتوہ کی طلاق کوئی چیز نہیں ہے۔

Hazrat Shabi (RA) farmate hain ke matuha ki talaq koi cheez nahi hai

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ : « لَيْسَ لِمَعْتُوهٍ طَلَاقٌ »
