كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ

What they said about 'the innocent one', what it is, and what they said about it.

‌مَا قَالُوا: فِي الْبَرِيَّةِ مَا هِيَ؟ وَمَا قَالُوا فِيهَا

Hazrat Makhool (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a woman is called "Bari' al-Zimmah" (free from responsibility), then it will result in three divorces.

حضرت مکحول (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر عورت کو بریء الذمہ کہا تو تین طلاقیں ہوں گی۔

Hazrat Makhool (RA) farmate hain keh agar aurat ko bariuzzima kaha to teen talaqain hon gi.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا حَاتِمُ بْنُ وَرْدَانَ ، عَنْ بُرْدٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، فِي الْبَرِيَّةِ قَالَ : « هِيَ ثَلَاثٌ »
