كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ Concerning the man who tells his wife: 'You are forbidden to me.'
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: «أَنْتِ عَلَيَّ حَرَجٌ»

Hazrat Taus (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a person says to his wife that you are a tribulation for me, then the intention will be considered.
حضرت طاؤس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کسی شخص نے اپنی بیوی سے کہا کہ تو میرے لیے مصیبت ہے تو اس میں نیت کا اعتبار ہے۔
Hazrat Taous (RA) farmate hain keh agar kisi shakhs ne apni biwi se kaha keh tu mere liye musibat hai to is mein niyat ka aitbaar hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ ، عَنْ وُهَيْبٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، « فِي طَلَاقِ الْحَرَجِ مَا نَوَى »
