كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What they said about it if he converts while she is in her waiting period, who said: He has more right to her.

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 18318
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah be pleased with him) states that if the husband of a newly converted woman accepts Islam during her waiting period ('iddah), then she will remain his wife.
حضرت مجاہد (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر نومسلم عورت کا خاوند اس کی عدت میں اسلام قبول کرلے تو وہ اسی کی بیوی رہے گی۔
Hazrat Mujahid (RA) farmate hain keh agar nomuslim aurat ka khaavand uski iddat mein Islam qubool karle to woh usi ki biwi rahe gi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ : « إِذَا أَسْلَمَ وَهِيَ فِي عِدَّتِهَا فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ »
